Earlier today, Methuen Public Schools staff and families received a brief but consequential announcement: This morning, Dr. Brandi Kwong informed School Committee leadership that she will be taking a medical leave of absence through the end of the current school year. Effective December 15, 2025, Dr. Lisa Golobski Twomey will assume the role of Acting Superintendent.
